NORAD is thrilled to play the role of Santa’s official tracker! Just like every year, the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) teams up with Google to bring you live updates as we follow Santa Claus on his special journey, beginning all the way from the North Pole. It’s an exciting tradition that we’re proud to be a part of!

Track your Santa clause with live stream

The stockings are all set by the fireplace with great care, signaling that santa Clause is on his way with a sleigh packed full of toys.
Forget the old days when we wondered where santa clause and his reindeer were. Nowadays, thanks to the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), we can follow their journey as they make their way into town.
For more than 60 years, NORAD, a collaboration between the U.S. and Canada, has been in charge of keeping an eye on everything that flies in and around these two countries. And guess what? This includes santa on Christmas Eve! The tradition started by accident in 1955, but it’s been a cherished mission ever since.

NORAD doesn’t kick off santa’s tracking until their radars pick up that he’s taken off into the sky, and that usually happens around 4 a.m. Eastern Time on Christmas Evening. You don’t have to wonder anymore—just hop onto NORAD’s website, and you can follow Santa’s movements all around the world. It’s a fun and heart warming way to keep tabs on the man in the red suit!
