A top scientist from the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) stated on Monday that the national space agency will only proceed with the landing when conditions are suitable on August 23, just before the anticipated soft landing on the lunar surface by Chandrayaan-3. If not, they added, a further attempt would be made on August 27.
